Therapy for Children & Youth
I provide therapy to young people, either one-on-one, or with a parent. In therapy sessions, we talk about things like stress, anxiety, self-esteem and friendships. We explore strategies and tools for improving mental health and wellbeing. I help young people build confidence and resilience for navigating stressors that arise in everyday life.
Who It’s For
Child or youth focused therapy is for young people who wish to be more resilient, more flexible and more confident.
Approach
I provide a warm, playful and skilled approach to engaging children and youth in a therapeutic process that can lead a young person to feel better about themself and more confident in their own ability to overcome challenges.
How It Works
I provide virtual sessions on a secure video platform. Therapy sessions for children/youth are typically 55 minutes long. Sessions can be booked one at a time, or a number of sessions at once.
