Individual Therapy
I provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals who wish to feel more calm, grounded and capable. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, individual therapy can help you gain clarity, improve your self-esteem, and find new ways for dealing with stress.

How It Works
I provide virtual therapy sessions on a secure video platform. Individual therapy sessions are typically 55 minutes long. Individuals can book sessions one at a time, or a number of sessions at once.
