I provide a skilled and caring approach to helping couples achieve greater relationship satisfaction and fulfillment. Together we work toward goals, such as: improving communication, building a stronger connection and implementing more effective conflict resolution skills.
How It Works
I provide virtual couples therapy sessions on a secure video platform. Couples therapy sessions are typically 55 minutes long. Couples can book their sessions one at a time, or a number of sessions at once.
